General Description:
Snipes SE is committed to providing its online services in compliance with the Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz – BFSG). The aim is to ensure that all users – in particular people with disabilities – have as equal access as possible to our digital offerings. The legal basis is the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and the Accessibility Strengthening Ordinance (BFSGV) implementing EU Directive 2019/882.

Legal Requirements:
The legal requirements are based on the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG), in particular § 14 in conjunction with § 3 para. 1 BFSG (Annex 3), with reference to the Accessibility Strengthening Ordinance (BFSG).
Fulfilment of Accessibility Requirements: Our online shop is designed in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at Level AA to ensure that our services are accessible to all people.
